The Liddell family have been at Cottonworth for five generations. First vines planted in 2005 and since then they have been transported into topflight producers. Experience in Burgundy, South Africa and New Zealand allows the wine to be shown at their best. These are truly exceptional wines at great prices.

Appearance: Pale yellow colour. Small bubbles – a sign of a delicate elegance coupled with a smooth mousse 

Aromas: lemons and grapefruit, pear and white flowers on the nose. Touches of bready brioche and almond add that elegance to this wine! 

Palate: Baked pastry and apples. The Palate is remarkably well balanced, with a fine mousse and impressive freshness

Flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and a touch of minerality lead to a refreshing and lingering finish.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay = Elegance, freshness and crispness. Great acidity with a super lemon citrus experience.

Food Pairing:

Seafood appetizers like oysters or shrimp cocktail, light salads or creamy goat cheese. Good acidity means the wine will complement fresh and flavoursome dishes that also share that mouthwatering experience.
