Among the apple and grapevine plantations that stretch endlessly around NW SERBIA is the Deurić Winery 
Situated on the southern slopes of Fruška Gora - Serbia’s National Park 



Grapes grown : Morava, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Marselan, Probus and Petit Verdot. 

A range of wines worth noting is their Princeps range: Princeps Brut Nature (sparkling wine), Princeps Sauvignon Blanc, Princeps Probus, Princeps Merlot and Princeps Pinot Noir.

They are the result of the local terrior and their ultra modern technology at the winery



All the wines are fresh and complex, those that have all the properties of the Fruška Gora terroir and that have the potential to age. 

Deurić Winery is has its own School of Wine.

This is great with mezze dishes, particulally hummus. Charcuterie and Moroccan or Iranian vegetable dishes.
AGEING POTENTIAL
Because of the winemaking process and the tannins orange wine can last from a few days to a long as you want. ( stored in the correct conditions. )
This is dangerously delicious. For anyone who wants to try orange wine this is a fabulous starting point at a price that won’t kill you.
