Emmaline Ann - The vineyard in the Conifers 

 Vineyard faces southwest and gets a rush of fog and cool wind coming up from the Freestone Valley. Usually a vineyard (in the northern hemisphere) is SouthEast facing. This situ means lower yields. its only just over a hectare (1x Twickenham Rugby pitch ) in size, Emmaline is planted to the Dijon clones 115 and the fabled 777. Every year the vineyard produces Pinots that are feminine and elegant than the rest of the estate. 

AROMA

Ruby in colour, imagine smelling an old ancient forest floor - woody almost savoury but least not enchanting. Red fruit , red cherries and redcurrants in abundance. Imagine this to be a grown up Pinot offering a moment to reflect and to listen to your favourite music. 

 Produced in California's Sonoma Coast region, this expertly crafted wine is opulent yet refined, making it a perfect companion with red meat dishes. Cobb Emmaline Ann Vineyard Pinot Noir is a vibrant testament to the winemaker's exceptional craft.

 Layers of pomegranate, red cherry fruit ,ripe berries, forest floor and touches of dark chocolate - smooth tannins.
