Hattingly Valley Blanc de Blanc 75 cl 2015

A farm diversification project back in 2008 now the wine industry has seen Hattingley Valley as one of the best wineries in the UK.

Some would say that this is Hattingley Valley's flagship wine. some would say that it just keeps on getting better but one thing is certain that it is made from 100% Chardonnay. Can be drunk now but will keep for upto 8 years (2024/25+). Careful cellering.

Pale golden in colour, with a soft persistent mousse,

this Blanc de Blancs has the fragrant aromas of blossom,

violets and lemon zest on the nose, layered with notes of brioche and fresh apple pastries.

these aromas continue on the

palate, adding developed, candied lemon, caramel and hints of marzipan from long ageing. Beautifully balanced, with a

refreshing crisp acidity, it has a wonderfully creamy texture from oak ageing; that gives way to a long and complex finish
