High up in the Stonor Valley - just outside London and on the way to Oxford sits this fabulous vineyard. Produced without Malolatic Fermentation (no creaminess or very little ) to help keep acidity fresh and crisp.

The main attraction for growing vines here is that because of the valley and the location of the vines the cold air flows down the slopes and away from the vines. less frost risk. Being surrounded by lakeland regulates the warmer area- needed for growing. 20 hectares (20x Twickenham rugby pitches) 67,000 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. Perfect situation and perfect growing conditions means less to worry about when growing.
