Appearance:

Rosé de Saignée 2019 shows off a wonderfully bright pale pink appearance. Imagine a Provence rosé colour with bubbles ! It is just bursting to get out of the bottle !

Aromas:

Red fruits, redcurrants and red cherries burst out. A delightful appearance from a zesty lemon makes an appearance. Good minerality and a delicate aroma of a Damascan rose !  

Palate:

The palate mirrors the aromas. Such a joy to experience. Good acidity and very refreshing. Good Finish

Grape Variety:

Pinot Noir 60% and Pinot Meunier 40%

Food Pairing:

Grilled shrimp or salmon, summer salads with fresh berries, or light pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces. Would work well with goat’s cheese
