ROSEROCK CHARDONNAY 2020

The 2017 Roserock Chardonnay is a confident expression of a fabulous vintage. On the nose and the palate, the wine is inviting, engaging, and intriguing. The aromatics range from classic white flowers to tart lemon meringue,  bright acidity and well-integrated oak.

Domaine Drouhin Oregon Roserock Chardonnay is a wine made from carefully handpicked grapes grown in the volcanic soil of Eola-Amity Hills in Oregon. A pale golden-yellow colour in the glass. Aged in French oak barrels, this Chardonnay has a distinctive aroma and taste that lingers long after every sip.

Pale golden in colour.

Aroma

A bouquet of bouquet of pear, lemon curd, honey, and vanilla. Lovely aromas of white tea, crushed herbs and citrus.

Palate

On the palate, it is creamy, layered, and well-balanced, with flavours of yellow apple, baked pear, and juicy peach, complemented by hints of spicy oak and minerality.

Food pairing:

Perfect with seafood, poultry, or creamy pasta dishes, it is a wine worth savouring.
