Pet Nat is short for the French 'pétillant naturel' meaning ’natural sparkling'

The grape juice is bottled while it is still fermenting, i.e. while the yeast is still consuming the grape sugars in the juice, resulting in the fermentation then continuing inside the bottle.

Using Fiano and Vermentino grapes salinity

pears & green apples as the core of the wine alongside a touch more white nectarine, frangipani and a whiff of grassy freshness and Sea Foam is as close to the pure distillation of spring that you can get. 

Introducing 'Sea Foam'! It has all the ripe stone fruits and tropical fruits that thew variety naturally possesses, with a savoury, saltiness on close balancing things nicely. Throw in some nice fizz and we've got a real party starter!
