This refreshing blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir Précoce come together to produce a marriage of Summer fruits and a smattering of vanilla. This is an elegant and restrained beauty. Just what you want for those cool windless days of Summer, sitting under the big old oak tree reading your favourite book!

Cottonworth’s Rosé is a blend of the same three grapes as the Cuvée, but here Meunier is 43 % of the blend – making it slightly rustic in experience. It is gentle in the mouth and has bright fruit aromas to make it dangerously delicious!

Appearance: Beautiful pale salmon pink colour with small everlasting bubbles and a smooth mousse.

 Aromas: Wild woodland strawberries and raspberries. cooking apples and cranberry. Hint of minerality add complexity to the wine.

 Palate: Pale pink with fine bubbles. Wild woodland strawberries. cooking apples and cranberry.

Restrained, elegant palate with tiny bubbles and an excellent long finish. In my opinion very underestimated and certainly one to try ! Palate is vibrant and lively, with a fine balance of fruitiness and acidity.

 Grape Variety: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier (43%) and Pinot Noir Précoce

 Food Pairing: Pair this with grilled prawns, salmon tartare, summer salads with goat cheese, or even a fresh fruit platter. Enjoy as a perfect companion for a sunny day or a special celebration.
